Pedagogist

The Pedagogist works professionally in the following areas: education and training; school; socio-welfare, limited to the socio-educational aspects; in socio-health and health services and facilities, limited to socio-educational aspects; parenting and family; cultural; judicial; environmental; sports and motor skills; integration and international cooperation .  The Pedagogist deals with planning, programming, organization,  coordination, management, monitoring, evaluation, consultancy, supervision and management  pedagogical quality of public and private education and training services and systems. Yup  it also deals with pedagogical actions aimed at individual subjects.

The Pedagogist carries out the following activities  pedagogical:

a) designs, implements and evaluates interventions and educational and training treatments aimed at the person  in different areas  and services;

b) carries out the recognition, detection, analysis, interpretation and functional evaluation of type  pedagogical and collaborates, to the extent of his competence, in the work of the teams  multi-specialist;

c) designs, programs, coordinates, manages and evaluates lifelong learning plans.

d) designs, manages, coordinates and evaluates professional training services and systems e  managerial;

e) carries out interventions of pedagogical orientation and lifelong guidance as well as of  consultancy, skills assessment and job placement;

f) cooperates in the definition of training policies;

g) offers consultancy for the planning and management of network services in the area; 

h) offers consultancy for the implementation of integrated systems for management and enhancement  human resources and skills development;

i) coordinates territorial educational and training services.  

The Pedagogist works, even as a freelance professional, within the following  educational and training services, public and private: a) educational services accompanying the growth and self-realization of individuals and  groups:

b) early childhood education services; 

c) educational services for the protection, prevention of discomfort and the promotion of well-being for  teenagers;

d) Office Technical Consultancy services, in particular in the family context; 

e) school and extracurricular educational services for the inclusion and prevention of discomfort in  disadvantaged socio-territorial contexts;

f) services for the elderly and geriatric services;

h) formal and non-formal education services for adults;

i) recreational, artistic / expressive motor and free time educational services from early childhood  to adulthood;

j) educational services aimed at the protection, prevention of discomfort and social inclusion with groups  disadvantaged and minorities;

k) services for the socialization of groups, social, cultural and territorial communities;

l) environmental education and cultural heritage services for knowledge, protection and  enhancement of assets;

m) educational services for information, communication and multimedia technologies;

n) educational services in work contexts and in particular in training, placement e  job placement, consultancy, guidance and skills assessment;

o) re-education and resocialization services aimed at the recovery and reintegration of  subjects detained in social life;

p) educational services for local human development in territorial communities and for cooperation  international; 

q) educational services for equal opportunities;

r) educational services for parenting;

s) services for the updating and initial training of educators and pedagogists;

t) "socio-health and health services and facilities, limited to socio-educational aspects" (Law 145/2018, art. 1, paragraph 517) .

The activities of the Pedagogist are also carried out  on a self-employed basis, within the following public organizations and systems,  private, accredited and non-accredited:

a) Educational institutions of the education and training system 

b) Institutions and social organizations of the welfare systems

c) Associations, centers and structures of the environmental and cultural heritage system

d) Associations and centers of motor, sporting, recreational and free time services

e) Associations and agencies of the production system and the world of work

f) Associations and judicial structures of the penitentiary system

g) Associations and local development agencies of the international cooperation system
